The 2010 season has started out with a bang. With one main event win, one fast time and one heat win, we are second in the points standing. The competition is very fierce with 16 cars on any given night. My crew and I worked hard over the winter to get ready for this season and so far it’s paying off. Even though we didn’t finish the race on Saturday, I learned a lot and will take that knowledge and experience and apply it to my next race. I’m doing a lot better now and I wanted to thank everyone for your worry, concern and support its appreciated and never overlooked. With Hondo coming to the hospital to check on me and the dozens of people who called showed me how utterly loved and respected I am within the northwest racing community. I wanted to thank the few people who helped Ken fix the cars Saturday night too, all your help was noticed. The car is almost back together, we are just missing a couple of key parts. This past Sunday at the annual EARHoF spaghetti feed I was granted the Elma Auto Racing Hall of Fame’s $700 scholarship to help me attend college next year and I am eternally great full to everyone involved in the organization. I am looking forward to fan appreciation night at the races this weekend and hopefully another win.
