Measurements

It only takes a woman a few minutes to get her bust size measured but it’s an investment in time that will pay off. If she can’t go to her local department store to get measured in the undergarment department a woman should use a measuring tape and ask a friend to help her measure her bust size.

Comfort

Depending on her bust size, a woman should choose a moving comfort sports bra that’s either a pull over sports bra or one that has adjustable straps on the back.

Material

The average woman will be using her sports bra for one thing: activity, that’s why she should choose one that’s made out of comfortable and breathable material like cotton.

Maintenance

Sports bras should never be machine washed, they should always be hand washed and then left on a counter to air dry. Once the sports bra is clean it should be hung in a closet.
